Glenallachie Future Edition
The GlenAllachie 4 Year Future Edition takes a look at Walker's future endeavors and gives access to peated whiskeys from The GlenAllachie for the first time. The young and spirited single malt was made with Speyside peat from St. Fergus and matured in a mixture of bourbon and rye barrels and virgin oak casks.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Bursting with toasted honeycomb, dried fruit and hazelnut, with hints of smoldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples.
Palate: Lots of cinnamon, pear compote, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco, followed by smoked barley, vanilla toffee and garden fruit.
