The Glen Scotia 9 Year Old Campbeltown Malts Festival 2025 Ribera del Duero Finish is a limited special edition released to mark the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2025. This heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then given a five-month finish in selected red wine casks from the renowned Spanish region of Ribera del Duero.
With an alcohol content of 54.3%, this whisky is bottled in its natural color and without chill filtration. The nose reveals notes of swirling peat smoke, maritime saltiness and creamy vanilla. The palate presents lively, juicy blackberries and red fruits, accompanied by lush oils. The finish is softly smoky with a velvety mouthfeel.
