Glen Garioch 13 Year Old Malt Cask

Founded in 1797, Glen Garioch is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. It takes its name from its original seat at Old Meldrum in the East Highlands. For many years the whiskey produced here shows a distinct "smoky and peat character". The existing facilities have been overhauled so that Glen Garioch now produces up to 1.3 million liters of whiskey annually. The distillery now focuses on peat-free whiskeys, entering a new era among Scotland's historic distilleries.

The aroma of the delicious Glen Garioch 13 Year Old with Hunter Laing is as complex as its taste. The single malt whiskey is a wonderful combination of vanilla, cowrie milk, yeast babka and honey with light notes of orange, apple, white pepper and toasted oak. The finish is long lasting with delicious notes: citrus, vanilla, honey, green apples and grapes and a mild tannic flavor. Enjoying Glen Garioch 2008/2022 at 50% ABV is an experience not to be missed!
