The Finch 8 Years is an exceptional whiskey that is based on black emmer, which was grown on the plateau of the Swabian Alb. The combination of unique nature, craftsmanship and the highest understanding of quality makes this whiskey a very special pleasure.
The Finch 8 Year Old was allowed to mature for many years in excellent wine barrels. During this time, an incomparable flavor bouquet has developed, which is characterized by aromas of caramel, vanilla, biscuit and raisins. The finish of the whiskey is particularly warm and long-lasting. The subtle sweetness combines with the elegant presence of the sedan oak to create a harmonious overall experience.
