The recipe for the Filliers Dry Gin 28 was created in 1928 when Firmin Filliers ran the company. The master distillers refined this secret family recipe in 2012 without compromising the character and provenance of this gin. The authentic manufacturing process, based on 28 different spice and fresh fruit distillates, still guarantees a premium gin of high quality today. The story of the Filliers Dry Gin 28 began in 1928. At that time, Firmin Filliers, a pioneer of distillation, developed the recipe for the first Belgian gin. This recipe currently forms the basis for today's gin, which is still distilled on a small scale in copper stills. In this way, the process can be closely monitored and the quality and taste guaranteed.
Tasting Notes : A spicy gin with a dry character, with spicy notes of juniper complemented by refreshing citrus aromas. A strong and aromatic spirit.
