Character and Production
On the palate, the power of the long maturation period is revealed by a striking spiciness of ginger and oak wood, harmoniously balanced by sweet honey and zesty lemon. The mouthfeel is intense and unadulterated, as chill filtration and the addition of coloring have been consistently avoided. Key data: 30 years old, distilled 1995, bottled 2025, 58.5% Vol. The bottling comes from Signatory Vintage.
Classification
