Enmore 29 years Black Cat
The Enmore 29 Years Black Cat is a rum that impresses with its heavy nature. It was distilled in the last year of operation of the Enmore distillery and therefore presents the best characteristics of old Demerara rums. Its color is dark brown with intense, deep amber nuances. Its bouquet literally explodes with dried fruits such as plums and figs. Surprisingly, there are also scents of elderflower and slightly perfumed aromas, which are balanced by heavy, leathery, fermented tobacco and herbal notes.
On the palate, this rum is a revelation for lovers of heavy rums. Dried fruit makes another appearance, but dark chocolate with cardamom quickly cuts through to reveal more herbal flavors. The pleasant chemical finish gives this rum that certain something. A glass of this distillate means an experience that takes time. It develops in the glass and offers many layers of joy. This rum is undoubtedly a recommendation for connoisseurs and connoisseurs who love something special.
