THE IMPERIAL ABBEY was allowed to mature from the first to the last day in selected First Fill European Oak Hogsheads & Octaves, which had previously been used for the maturation of the best Pedro Ximenez, Cream, Oloroso and Palo Cortado sherry varieties.
