The Emil Bauer Sauvignon Blanc "Terrorist" is an exceptional wine from the picturesque Palatinate region of Germany. Made from the noble Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, it impresses with its dry character and impressively embodies the Grüner Weintyp (Green Wine).
The provocative name is particularly striking: Emil Bauer Sauvignon Blanc "No Racist, No Terrorist." But this wine is more than just an eye-catcher—it makes a clear statement. With the label, brothers Martin and Alexander Bauer take a stand against racism and hate: "If you are a racist, a terrorist, or just an asshole; don't drink my Sauvignon Blanc." A bold message that inspires reflection and demonstrates a sense of stance. Anyone who disagrees with these values is politely asked to refrain from enjoying their Sauvignon Blanc.
The Sauvignon Blanc "Terrorist" also impresses with its taste. The grapes grow on carefully selected plots around Nussdorf, where calcareous loess-clay soils and optimal ventilation create ideal conditions. Both stainless steel tanks and, to a third, wooden barrels are used for vinification, giving the wine its distinctive structure and depth.
