Elsburn Cozy Winter IX
The Elsburn Cozy Winter IX is a first-class winter whiskey that, as the name suggests, radiates warmth and comfort. This exquisite single malt is bathed in a warm, rich reddish-brown tone, the result of a masterful blend of liqueur and sweet wine casks. The resin distillers carefully selected fully mature Malaga, Moscatel, Marsala and sherry casks to give their winter whiskey a unique richness and depth.
To create an atmospheric fireplace experience, the barrels were filled with “gently wood-smoked” Hercynian Single Malt. This provides a mild smokiness that is easy on the palate, but still offers a nuanced and complex flavor profile. Connoisseurs will appreciate the natural form of this whiskey as it is uncolored and not chill-filtered. The 53.2% vol. The dram is bottled in just 864 bottles and offers a rare and exclusive experience.
