The Edradour 21 Year Old Symingtons Choice is a single cask bottling from the renowned Edradour distillery. The bottling comes from a 1st fill Pedro Ximenez Hogshead barrel and has an impressive barrel strength of 53.3%. This fine drop was distilled on December 6th, 2001 and bottled on October 31st, 2023. In total, only 321 bottles of this exciting bottling were produced.
