Charakter und Herstellung
Wenn ein Destillat über ein Jahrzehnt in sorgsam gewählten Fässern seiner Vollendung entgegenreift, entsteht eine aromatische Tiefe, die weit über das Offensichtliche hinausgeht. Der unabhängige Abfüller James Eadie hat für diese Edition zwei besondere First-Fill-Bourbon-Barrels ausgewählt, in denen der Whisky von 2012 bis 2026 lagern durfte. Wichtige Eckdaten: 13 Jahre, destilliert 2012, abgefüllt 17.03.2026, 52,3% Vol. Die Abfüllung stammt von James Eadie.
