Dos Delinquents Enmore EHP 1998/2024
This exceptional rum was distilled in the wooden Coffey Still built at the Enmore Sugar Estate, founded by Edward Henry Porter in 1832. The marque for the rums from the still, which is now the only one of its kind in operation in the world at the Diamond complex of Demerara Distillers, is named after his initials, EHP.
In addition to its special distillation, Dos Delinquentes Enmore also stands out for its maturation. In 1998, it was shipped to Great Britain and initially stored in bourbon barrels. In April 2000, it was transferred to Armagnac casks and finally in February 2008, it was transferred to second fill rum barrels. Each stage of its maturation gave it additional nuances and depth.
