Dingle's fourth small-batch release of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey brings together this fusion of Bourbon and Oloroso casks with intense richness and a hint of spice. Tones of dark fruit and figs are followed by dark chocolate with a sprinkling of toasted chopped nuts. The chocolate gives way to the recurring spiciness of soft wood and leather notes, letting you slide into a long, memorable finish
Tasting Notes
Nose: A feast of desserts - sticky toffee pudding, Black Forest cake and butterscotch ice cream
Palate: Dark fruits, figs and raisins come to the fore, followed by dark chocolate and chopped nuts.
Finish: Dark chocolate and spices. Soft wood and leather notes linger for a long time.
