Dictador Rima Rum 1997/2022
Dictador Rima is a follow-up edition in a limited series of a collection of vintages matured under the supervision of Hernan Parra. Dictador's Master Blender continues its masterpiece in the sumptuous creation of rums aged in American oak with port and sherry casks. Rima means "rhyme" in Spanish and just like in a poem you will find a perfect symbiosis of words, in the bottles of Dictador Rima you will find a perfect synergy of flavors and a unique taste experience.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Freshly varnished oak floor with a decadent note of dark chocolate and cinnamon spices above. Rich honey and some earthy notes from premium maple syrup.
Palate: Powerful with lots of fresh coffee notes, some ginger pods and a honeycomb element dipped in rich milk chocolate. Also cherries.
Finish: Lightly spiced with hints of cinnamon balls and vanilla.
