Rhum Depaz Single Cask 2003/2019
Depaz Single Cask 2003 is a single cask that was distilled in December 2003 and then allowed to mature for 13 years in the heart of the Depaz winery. Rare 670 bottles were filled in February 2017. Cellar master Nora Carrion Martinez once again proves her undisputed skills and enchants with this single cask!
The color of the Depaz Millesime 2003 is golden to mahogany brown. The nose of this vintage rhum shows a complex interplay of aromas. A profile as intriguing as it is subtle, with dried fruits, spices and vanilla. A delicate mixture of cocoa notes, roasted nuts and coffee delight the palate. The sensuality of floral notes blends with the characteristic aromas of sugar cane, wrapped in a rosy perfume.
