Dalmore 2006/2024 Vintage
The Dalmore 2006 Vintage Single Malt Scotch Whisky is part of a fascinating collection that enjoys an excellent reputation among connoisseurs. This is not an ordinary Scottish whisky, but a limited special edition. This Highland malt is produced in small batches and only once a year. Instead of an age statement, the vintage is included in its name, underscoring its exclusivity.
The noble Dalmore 2006 Vintage was distilled in 2006 and released in 2024 after an impressive maturation period of approximately 18 years. It began its maturation in classic American bourbon casks before being transferred to two exceptional cask types for further maturation. One was rarely used Amoroso sherry casks from Spain, and the other was used in exceptionally old Matusalem sherry casks, which have been used for decades to mature the country's signature fortified wine. This special cask selection gives the whisky its incomparable depth and complexity.
