Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select
The Dalmore Sherry Cask Select owes its maturation to exceptional sherry casks crafted specifically for the Highland distillery at three different cooperages in Andalusia, Spain. These American and European white oak casks were previously filled with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. The Dalmore malt then matured in these casks for 18 to 24 months, thus acquiring an intense double sherry influence.
The elegant and powerful sherry aroma is further enhanced by the 43% ABV bottling. The single malt now features a new, modern design.
