Dieser Craigellachie wurde 2009 destilliert und 2026 als Einzelfassabfüllung mit 61,7 % Vol. abgefüllt. Die Reifung im 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Cask prägt seinen kräftigen, sherrybetonten Charakter.

Aromatisches Profil

Dunkle Früchte, Orangenzeste und Kakao bestimmen den Duft. Am Gaumen verbinden sich dunkle Schokolade und Toffee mit warmen Backgewürzen, gerösteten Walnüssen sowie einer kernigen, mineralischen Note. Die ölige Textur führt in einen langen, würzig-herben Ausklang.

Pur zeigt der Whisky seine konzentrierte Struktur. Wenige Tropfen Wasser können die vielschichtigen Sherrynoten weiter öffnen.
