Enjoy notes of simmering marshmallows, roasted pineapple, baked apples with cloves and a subtle hint of cordite for a distinctively robust flavor that sets itself apart from traditional Speyside malts. This whiskey is expertly crafted by first aging in bourbon casks and then in sherry casks before being carefully aged 50% in first fill sherry casks and then 40% in first fill bourbon casks . All this is done without chill filtration or artificial caramel coloring, allowing the true character of Craigellachie to shine at 46%.
