Cotswolds Dry Gin

Award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delicious blend of nine carefully selected botanicals, including local Cotswold lavender and freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. Due to the unusually high amount of botanicals, it creates a beautiful pearl-like cloud when added to ice or tonic. A juniper-dominant gin with fresh citrusy notes and hints of lavender.

Tasting Notes:

Clear, spicy pine and juniper aroma with fresh citrus notes of grapefruit. A slight dryness comes from the angelica root, while the bay leaf contributes eucalyptus notes. Subtly rounded off with a hint of lime and lavender.
