Compass Box Flaming Heart Edition 2018 Blended Malt
To create Flaming Heart , a small amount of mature malt whiskies is transferred to fresh French oak casks for approximately 18 months. This second maturation imparts several layers of intense complexity. No other whisky combines the opulent depth of French oak with smoky peatiness so harmoniously. In the 2018 edition, subtle sherry cask notes add an additional dimension of complexity and richness previously found only in the 2012 edition.
