Compagnie Des Indes Australia 9 years Beenleigh
The 9-year-old Australia Rum from the Beenleigh distillery, which was bottled exclusively for Perola by the independent bottler Compagnie Des Indes, is a real rarity. There are only 219 bottles of this noble drop, which has been refined by a special barrel from the Beenleigh distillery.
During the tasting, this rum convinces with its enticing scent of orange blossoms, sweet tangerine, green tea, delicate jasmine blossoms and eucalyptus. The alcohol content is very mild for its strength and develops notes of juicy pears and apples, accompanied by a hint of blossom honey.
