Highland Single Malt with a spicy-sweet profile

This twelve-year-old Clynelish was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2026 at 49.1% vol. The maturation in a hogshead combines the characteristic, slightly oily distillery character with sweet, spicy and woody impressions.

Aroma and Taste

On the nose, cedarwood, dark ale, and earthy spices meet a subtle hint of toffee. On the palate, maple syrup and blackberries emerge, accompanied by caramelized nuts and pepper.

The long finish picks up on the oily texture and ends with a subtle spice.

The independent bottler Thompson Bros is responsible for the bottling.
