The production process of this impressive Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a careful, selective hand-picking of the grapes to select only the best fruit for vinification. After the harvest, the grapes are gently defoliated, which removes their phenolic style. The subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. at a controlled temperature, which optimally preserves the freshness and fruity aromas.
After fermentation, the wine matures for at least 18 months in new French oak barriques, which gives the Cabernet Sauvignon additional complexity and depth. The result is a dense, intensely colored wine that delights with a seductive bouquet of sour cherries and delicate chocolate scent.
