Made in a traditional Vendôme Pot Still, a copper still known for its ability to produce complex and characterful rums, this rum exemplifies the care and commitment to the highest quality. The slow distillation in this special still ensures a distinctive taste characterized by fruity and spicy aromas. The special feature of this Single Cask Edition lies not only in its high alcohol concentration, but also in its unique maturation in bourbon barrels, which gives the rum an additional dimension of depth and complexity.
The 14-year maturation in a tropical climate ensures that this rum can perfectly develop its characteristic notes. The tropical maturation causes the rum to develop more intense aromas, while at the same time taking on the sweet, vanilla influences of the bourbon barrel.
