Cascahuin Tequila Plata 48
The Cascahuin Tequila Plata is an excellent example of a traditional Valles tequila from the Tequila Valley. Production follows tried and tested methods in the renowned Cascahuín distillery, known for its outstanding tequilas.
In order to highlight the full aroma of the Valles agave, the Cascahuin Tequila Plata is bottled at the traditional drinking strength of 48%. This means that the product is diluted with very little water, which perfectly brings out the characteristic aromas of the agave heart. On the nose, the tequila reveals cooked agave, a vegetal aroma and spicy notes.
On the palate, the Cascahuin Tequila Plata presents itself with an intense agave aroma, accompanied by a hint of pepper and citrus notes. The finish is mineral-earthy and has a vegetal note that gives the tequila a pleasant complexity.
For the production of Cascahuin Tequila Plata, only 100% Agave tequilana Weber is used, a high-quality cultivated agave that is grown in the region. The master distiller, Salvador Rosales Trejo, has many years of experience and ensures that every step of production meets the highest standards.
