Cardhu 11 Years Special Release 2020
Clean, elegant and perfectly balanced. This Cardhu 11 years was bottled in small batches. Matured in new and ex-American oak casks, this malt unfolds tones of floral sweetness and spicy intensity in a playful exchange between wood and whiskey.
Notes of fresh pear, green apple, grape and pineapple combine on the nose with a hint of lemon zest with a smooth mossy base. The texture is creamy smooth, the taste sweet, then juicy, with a buttery richness. Good length, the finish is spicy with lingering warmth.
