Clan Denny Caol Ila 2010
The Clan Denny brand comes from the independent family business Douglas McGibbon & Company from Scotland. Which has specialized in bringing special single casks from well-known distilleries to the market, in addition to first-class whiskeys from the Speyside and Islay regions.
The Single Cask has a powerful yet pleasant effect on the nose. With a sweet, sandy and tarry backdrop one would expect from an Islay. Slightly oily on the palate with uplifting spices, moist campfire ash, smokestack and peated barley. Gentle smoked finish.
