The Caol Ila 15 years from the Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength series by Gordon & MacPhail is an outstanding single malt whisky from Scotland that was distilled in the famous Caol Ila distillery on the island of Islay. This whisky has undergone an impressive aging period of 15 years and was bottled on May 8th, 2024 in an edition of just 227 bottles. The special thing about this whisky is its cask strength of 58.9%, which gives it incredible intensity and complexity.
