The Caol Ila 12 Years is a single malt whiskey from the renowned Caol Ila distillery on the Scottish island of Islay. Distillation took place in February 2011 and bottling took place in October 2023. The alcohol content is 50%, this whiskey has not been colored or chill-filtered.
Particularly noteworthy is the type of cask in which this Caol Ila matured. This was a Manzanilla Sherry Butt, which gives the whiskey an incomparable flavor.
