The Bunnahabhain 23 Years Feis Ile 2022 Calvados Cask Finish is a rare and exceptional bottling created especially for the famous Islay festival “Feis Ile” in 2022. This limited edition impresses with a fascinating combination of maritime Islay notes and the sweet and fruity elegance of a Calvados finish.

Matured for an impressive 23 years in traditional oak barrels and then refined in former Calvados barrels, this whisky develops a complex and balanced range of aromas. Notes of ripe apples, caramelized pear and spicy oak wood unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of vanilla and warm spices. On the palate it is velvety soft with a harmonious balance of sweet fruitiness, roasted nuts and a fine, slightly salty sea breeze. The long, elegant finish leaves nuances of honey, spices and gentle smoke.
