Rest & Be Thankful Bruichladdich 20 years
Fox Fitzgerald's Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith have dedicated their entire working lives to premium spirits. More than 30 years of experience and a large network enabled them to start their own brand.
With close ties to the whiskey island of Islay, they brought their first Rest & Be Thankful single casks to connoisseurs in 2012. These beginnings are followed by seven single casks from the independent bottlers. The non-smoky Bruichladdich and the peat-smoky Port Charlotte Islay Single Malt Whiskeys matured between 12 and 20 years in either the Wine Hogshead or the classic Bourbon Barrel.
