After many years of experimenting with different ingredients and distillation processes, passionate gin lover Kathy Caton and her team invented the stunningly good Brighton Dry Gin. This is sustainably produced in the Victorian seaside resort of Brighton, very close to the famous white limestone cliffs. The gin is gluten-free and the first craft gin to receive the 100% vegan certificate. The gin is composed of super-smooth organic wheat-based alcohol, juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally grown coriander seeds, and the typical South Downs plants angelica and milk thistle. Each bottle is genuine British small-batch handcrafted. The bottle is filled, sealed with wax and labeled without ever touching a machine. In Brighton, the orders are delivered in a climate-neutral manner using sea-green cargo bikes.
