Die auf 306 Flaschen begrenzte Einzelfassabfüllung aus der Reihe The Cooper’s Choice – The Golden Cut besitzt 50,0 % Vol. und ist ungefärbt sowie nicht kühlfiltriert. Einordnung
Am Gaumen wirkt der Whisky vollmundig und füllig mit Rosinen, Sultaninen, süßem Malz, Karamell und Madeira-Kuchen, begleitet von Backgewürzen.

Dieser Highland Single Malt wurde im Mai 2011 destilliert und 2026 im Alter von 15 Jahren abgefüllt. Nach der Reifung in amerikanischer Eiche erhielt er ein Finish im Madeira-Fass. Die auf 306 Flaschen begrenzte Einzelfassabfüllung aus der Reihe The Cooper’s Choice – The Golden Cut besitzt 50,0 % Vol. und ist ungefärbt sowie nicht kühlfiltriert.
Süßes Toffee, Madeira und getrocknete Früchte prägen die Nase. Am Gaumen wirkt der Whisky vollmundig und füllig mit Rosinen, Sultaninen, süßem Malz, Karamell und Madeira-Kuchen, begleitet von Backgewürzen. Im angenehm langen Nachklang kehren Karamell, Trockenfrüchte und Gewürze zurück.
