Da Hong Pao Tea Gin is an earthy, floral and colorful gin made with one of the world's most expensive teas and made by hand in their London distillery. Da Hong Pao is a rare, highly oxidized oolong tea with an earthy, floral and sweet flavor profile. Appreciated by tea connoisseurs around the world, Da Hong Pao grows among the crags of southern China's stunning Wuyi Mountains.
After brewing and straining the rare tea, they blend it with their premium, specially selected high strength gin. They infuse the gin and tea leaves for maximum flavor before being filtered and bottled at a high strength of 51.8%.
