Benrinne's 19 Years Old Malt Cask 25th Anniversary
The Benrinnes 19 Year Old is a single malt whiskey from the Speyside region of Scotland, distilled in December 2003 and bottled by Hunter Laing in October 2023 for the Old Malt Cask 25th Anniversary series. The special thing about this whiskey is its cask type, as it matured in a Canasta Sherry Butt. This type of maturation gives Benrinnes 19 Years its unique aroma and taste profile.
With an alcohol content of 50%, this single malt whiskey has a particularly strong and intense taste. Hunter Laing deliberately avoids coloring and chill filtration in order to preserve the original aroma of the whiskey.
