The Bellevoye White is a triple malt whiskey with no peat smoke note and is refined with a Sauternes finish. The origin of the whiskey lies in France. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels, with primary aging occurring between three and eight years. The whiskey then matures for six months in former Sauternes barrels.
