The Auchroisk 11 Year Old is a single malt whiskey from the Speyside region of Scotland. It was distilled on September 23, 2010 and bottled on April 26, 2022 by Pendulum Spirits Ltd. as part of the Fable Whiskey Chapter 9 series. This is a cask strength bottling with an alcohol content of 58.6%.
The single barrel used for this bottling was a refill hogshead with barrel number 807752 and only 255 bottles were produced. The fact that this is a single cask bottling makes this whiskey special and gives it an unmistakable touch.
