Distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2011, this single malt whisky matured for 12 years in a single cask and was bottled at 50% ABV. Bottling was carried out without chill filtration and without the addition of coloring, ensuring a pure tasting experience.
On the nose, the whisky unfolds a complex bouquet of sweet sherry notes, accompanied by aromas of dried fruit, spices, and a hint of oak.
