Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich oak with a gentle note of nutmeg. Sweet aromas of baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries.
Palate: Fruitcake with toasted almonds and cinnamon. The juicy spiciness of oranges and tangerines is perfectly softened with Mauka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots and an interesting night of white pepper to add even more complexity.
Finish : Creamy and tangy with dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruit compote.
