Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask Release 2025
The Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask Release unites unpeated and peated malts into a harmonious blend. While the smoky portion of the single malt matures in Oloroso sherry butts, the unpeated distillate is aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. The result of this cask marriage is a deep color and a pleasantly smoky and nutty flavor profile with a hint of maritime character.
This Ardnamurchan is bottled at a higher alcohol strength, without added coloring or chill-filtration – perfectly in line with the philosophy of the Highland distillery. The elegant bottle is made from 54% recycled glass and features a QR code that, when scanned with a smartphone, reveals fascinating details about the bottling process on the distillery's website.
