With an alcohol content of 50% and a blend of peated sherry butts and unpeated sherry hogsheads, this batch bears a clear mark of quality and care. The use of at least ten peated sherry butts and fifteen unpeated sherry hogsheads demonstrates the high level of expertise and effort to create a balanced taste.

Tasting Notes:


Nose: Murray Mint, Beach Bonfire, Salted Peanut Ice Cream, Tomato Sticks, Brazil Nuts and Sun Dried Tomatoes.

Palate: Tar rope, barrel rags, smoky bacon, old tractor shed,
Peanut brittle, sticky grilled ribs.

aftertaste: Crashing waves, sea salt, a fireplace in a cabin and a cigar shop.
