Akashi 12 Year Old Sherry Butt
The Akashi 12 Years is a first-class single malt whiskey from Japan . It was produced by the renowned Eigashima Shuzo distillery and is an original bottling. The whiskey was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, maturing for 12 years in an Old Sherry Butt. The single cask bottling was carried out at cask strength with an alcohol content of 60.7%. The barrel was stored under number 203 and gives the whiskey its unique character.
