Dalmore

Dalmore is a well respected Highland distillery with fine whiskey and a beautiful bottle. The famous Scottish Mackenzie family owned and operated the distillery for a long time. During a deer hunt, a member of the clan once prevented King Alexander III. was killed by slashing a deer that was about to attack him. The Mackenzie family received permission to use the royal twelve-tailed stag as their coat of arms. These Dalmore bottles still bear this crest. The distillery was founded in 1839 and has expanded frequently.
