Production of the bimber distillery

Bimber Distillery is an independent and award-winning distillery in London specializing in the production of handcrafted gin and whiskey. The distillery's production capacity is impressive, capable of producing up to 75,000 bottles of gin per year and up to 300,000 bottles of whiskey per year.

One of the unique features of Bimber Distillery is its ability to carry out almost all manufacturing and bottling processes in-house. They use only the finest ingredients and raw materials to create their award-winning spirits. The whiskey is produced in small batches of 600 liters and stored in custom-made American white oak barrels. The gin is made in even smaller 60 liter batches and distilled with an assortment of botanicals including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, licorice root and citrus.

The distillery has its own water source on its property which is used to produce its spirits. They also use traditional copper stills to ensure quality and taste. Bimber distills each of its whiskeys in a copper pot still, which produces a smooth and fruity aroma due to its shape and size.
