The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow on the TTB database

The latest addition to The Macallan Harmony Collection , the Amber Meadow pays homage to the grassy landscapes of Scotland and was developed in collaboration with Stella & Mary McCartney. A look at the label shows that real grass cuttings from the Scottish meadows were used in the production of the whiskey. This not only gives the product a special charm, but also symbolizes the close connection with the untouched nature of Scotland.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao & Fine Cacao is the result of an inspiring collaboration between Macallan Whiskey Maker Polly Logan and Master Chef Jordi Roca. Designed to unite the worlds of chocolate and whiskey, this limited collection of single malts pays homage to the original Casa Cacao project.

The cask selection for this collection is particularly sophisticated and includes both European and American oak casks, carefully selected to extract the best of the aromas and flavor profiles of the whiskeys used. The whiskeys of the Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao & Fine Cacao are unique combinations of different vintages and cask maturations.

The Macallan Harmony Collection presents its second release with a unique combination of coffee and whiskey flavors: Intense Arabica and Smooth Arabica . The two variants were developed by five experienced coffee experts in collaboration with the renowned whiskey maker Steven Bremner from Macallan.
