Westland Garryana 5th Edition
Characteristics A combination of light malt brandy and pure peat brandy is mostly stored in Garry Oak casks. One of the simplest expansions has a deep character that combines the unique aromas. On the nose we find the smell of barbecue, while the flavor profile combines chocolate and smoke.

Distillery The Westland Distillery is located in Seattle, Washington USA. They made a conscious decision not to produce bourbon, but to go for the American Single Malt Whiskey category. They founded and lead the ASMW Commission, which currently includes 110 distilleries. Since its founding in January 2010, the distillery has placed the highest value on quality. Each single malt is made from 100% malted barley. The distillate is only distilled up to 80% vol. Only barrels with a maximum capacity of 700 liters are used for maturation.
