We are delighted to welcome Philipp Hooji from the Château Ste. Michelle winery this evening. He will tell us the exciting story of US wine and the Château Ste. Michelle winery. The winery is one of the greats in the Columbia Valley in the Washington State region.
The Ethos series (which we tasted, of course!) is an absolute top wine that has won many awards. The character of the grape variety is the focus of these single-varietal wines. Ste. Michelle is thus setting benchmarks for the respective grape varieties.
The house's Rieslings are worth paying attention to. Despite the contrasting climatic conditions, they hardly have to hide from their role models in Germany.
After a welcome drink, Philipp will have a lot to say about the history and tradition of Ste. Michelle on December 13th from 6 p.m. He will be accompanied by a total of 10 wine tastings. As always, we will serve water, snacks and bread.
There is another drink to say goodbye.

The tasting will take place on December 13th and will start at 6:00 pm .
