Bottled at a higher ABV of 60.1% , this third annual release contains a full spectrum of flavors developed during maturation in sherry casks . The 2023 Bunnahabhain 12 Years Cask Strength offers a fruitier profile with notes of stone fruit and figs at the forefront and a less spicy finish with sweet notes of fresh vanilla beans. Due to the high alcohol content, the manufacturer recommends diluting the whiskey with a few drops of water to fully enjoy the flavors.
